Swordfish Gorgonzola ~ Grilled swordfish topped with roasted red onions, chopped tomatoes and melted gorgonzola cheese.

Baked Stuffed Shrimp ~ Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with our seafood dressing, baked and served with drawn butter.

Scribner’s Scampi ~ Jumbo shrimp sautéed in butter with tomatoes, garlic, onions, capers and Italian herbs, served over pasta.

Grilled Salmon or Swordfish ~ Simply grilled and served with shallot butter.

Seafood Stuffed Sole ~ Fillet of sole stuffed with our seafood dressing and baked in a creamy Newburg sauce.

Baked Fillet of Sole ~ Fillets of sole, baked with lemon and onion wheels, Finished with a shallot butter enriched fish sauce.

Chicken Brie ~ A sautéed boneless breast of chicken topped with a mushroom, scallion, tomato, basil and lemon sauté, finished with melted brie.

Chicken Mira Bella ~ A boneless breast of chicken marinated in a olive, prune, garlic, lemon and olive oil marinade. Baked and served with an olive prune sauce

Woodmont Salmon ~ A oven roasted fillet topped with basil pesto, finished with roasted tomatoes, garlic and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Filet Mignon ~ A tenderloin steak grilled to your order and served with a mushroom wine sauce.
